Hot Yam! Lunch Thursday Aug 20

Here's the menu this week:

Beet and Coconut Soup:

Roasted Vegetable and Orzo Salad:
orzo pasta

salt
pepper
olive oil
tomatoes
peppers
zucchini
dill

Raspberry Cake:
soy milk
turmeric
apple cider vinegar
flour
cornstarch
baking powder
baking soda
salt
canola oil
sugar
vanilla extract
almond extract
margarine
raspberries

  2. I'm sorry! We really failed at being gluten free this week. Everything besides the soup has gluten. We'll try to do better in the future!
