too hot to handle, yam styles.

The weathers been a bit gloomy for June - but on the bright side, Summer Yam has been heating up!
This week we made...

Carrot and Parsnip Soup,
Sprout Salad,
Roasted Asparagus in Couscous with Cashew Sauce,
and....Rhubarb muffins!
(so gooood)
